Huntington Villas are a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condos that are right across the street from the beach in the Leamington section of Palmetto Dunes. They have two porches (one screened and the other unscreened) that face the scenic 11-mile lagoon system, which flows throughout Palmetto Dunes and Leamington. Whenever we show these villas, buyers often say "this feels like a house." The complex has small piers where residents can fish and catch the abundant redfish, bluefish and trout in the lagoon. On the south end of the complex is the pool for the complex. Since it's so close to the gates of Leamington's residential section, there's a low amount of through traffic nearby.
